Selection Process– It’s a two-way street!
It's not just about us getting to know you but also about you getting to know us. The first step involves a brief one-on-one phone call to explore the potential fit between you and our team. The second step will be an in-person interview to see our site & meet some of the team.
Onboarding
Upon securing your position, you will start a comprehensive Onboarding Program. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship, gaining practical experience from seasoned professionals across multiple roles and expertise. This tailored on-the-job training ensures you're well-prepared and confident as you step into your role at Hy-Tec.

Screening Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment commercial driver medical which includes a drug & alcohol test
- Undertake a police check
- Trainee Agitator Drivers Only – Held a full Australian Driver’s Licence for a minimum of 2 years (automatic or manual)
