Job Purpose
Management of all aspects of Logistics and the Warehouse operation, including safety and efficiency
The Role and Responsibilities:

-Working closely with the Purchasing teams to ensure smooth running of Logistics, Warehousing & Supply Chain
-Ensuring all warehouse team members are correctly trained and authorised to perform their duties in a safe manner
-Ensuring the continued accuracy and high standards of receiving and issuing of all raw materials into the SAP warehouse system
-Organising and managing regular daily cycle counts and quarterly full warehouse stock takes and ad hoc as required to ensure consistent material accuracy
-Monitoring inventory levels and Inventory turns.
-Developing and implementing inventory control practices.
-Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
-Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
-Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
-Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
-Analyzing purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
-Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues.
-Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
 
 
 
Key Skills and Experience for the role: 
-Bachelor’s Degree qualification
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in Managing Logistics & Warehousing functions
-Experience using SAP system
-Experience with strategic management of inventory forecasting and projection reporting
-Proven experience managing multiple priorities and the ability to pivot with ease as required
-Proven experience liaising with multiple stakeholders within a large organization, including both internal and external stakeholders.
-Experience in a fast paced and complex environment.
-Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
-Experience in leading high level of OH&S standards within an FMCG industry
