Negotiating the type and costs of services to be provided within budget
Coordinate the end-to-end event planning process with our clients.
Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and outlining package options to meet these needs.
Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Undertake and coordinate the styling and effective delivery of assigned events, in alignment with customer expectations and requirements.
Responding to inquiries concerning services provided and costs for room and equipment hire, catering and related services
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve Coordination targets.Your Skills and Experience: ?2-3 years of event coordination in Hospitality or Sales & Customer service.
Vibrant, outgoing individual who can infuse passion, fun and creativity into every event they coordinate and has exceptional customer service skills.
A strong history in event sales / coordination with a high conversion rate for inquiries Excellent knowledge of the events market, including relevant sales, styling, trends and logistics experience.
Strong communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
Small team management experience (desirable)
