THE ROLE
Working directly with the General Manager or Retail and General Manager of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing their day-to day. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary and email management;
- Engaging with stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner that is in line with the GM’s personal brand;
- Event coordination;
- Handling travel arrangements;
- Coordinating and assisting with presentations, meetings, agenda, and minutes; and
- Ad hoc personal support.
To be successful for this role you will have proven experience working in a similar role. In addition to this you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Strong diary management and organisational skills;
- Ability to work engage with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels.
