The Opportunity:
Country Club Tasmania offers a quality resort just ten minutes from the Launceston CBD. With a range of indoor and outdoor spaces available, our professional and experienced events team is focused on ensuring every detail contributes to the success of our client's event. We are currently inviting applications from experienced Conference and Events Coordinators for a full-time vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a diverse array of conferences, productions, music festivals, gigs, corporate events, and dinners.
- Build and nurture meaningful client relationships, showcasing successful achievements in high-profile corporate events.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage and oversee multiple clients and small events, ensuring seamless event execution by liaising with departments across the Country Club.
- Demonstrate alignment with the Federal Group principles, emphasising a commitment to delivering outstanding events and customer experiences.
About You:
- Experienced event coordinator with a proven track record in a team environment.
- Passionate about Tasmanian produce and experiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and professional conference organisers (PCOs).
- Committed to delivering outstanding events and customer experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and communication skills.
- Effective time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in events software.
- Unlimited work rights in Australia.
