AddressNew State Builders is looking for a dynamic and driven Construction Estimator to join our team.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- Estimating functions.
- Prepare and submit tenders.
- Reading and interpretating plans.
- Liaising with internal and external customers.
- QA support on construction sites.
ABOUT YOU
- Relevant Industry Qualification or Cert. 4 in Building and Construction.
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and specifications to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software and tools.
- Sound knowledge of QA systems/requirements on sites.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers, designers, and suppliers to gather all necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
