Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Integrale Homes is seeking an Experienced Production Estimator, the successful applicant will be joining a highly dedicated, driven team.

The Role:

Working within the estimating department, you will be responsible for accurate material take off's, costings to minimize job overruns. Sending & Receiving Purchase orders & Quotes. Updated cost centers, General Variation Pricing.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Production estimating
• Raising Purchase Orders as required
• Generating Specifications 
• Resolving ordering overruns and making amendments as required
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of company products and services
• Maintaining and updating estimating software
• Obtaining and Comparing Subcontractor & Supplier Quotes

Experience Required:

• Good construction knowledge
• Volume building estimating experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with estimating software & excel.
• Position will Favour onsite construction experience.
• Bizprac Software experience beneficial 

Diploma in Construction / building / civil engineer 

Remuneration is negotiable based upon experience.
