About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an administrator.
Key responsibilities will include;
- formulating building schedules and grant charts,
- Raising Purchase orders
- Ability to manage maintenance tasks and jobs;
- Managing travel arrangements for the construction crews
- Need to be able to manage all the equipment etc that the crews need on jobs
- Working with our Compliance team on equipment compliance
- Implementing new processes
- Ability to travel intra/interstate if required
About You
- Exception computer skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Exception time management skills
- Experience within building and construction industry is advantageous
