Construction Project Manager

Chinese community. we have continued to grow over the past five years through repeat business
based on their outstanding legacy, multi-award winning projects and high levels of attention to
detail.
On Offer:
Competitive remuneration package of $140,000 per annual plus Superannuation. Also plus
guaranteed living and transport allowance of $30000 per year.
Sponsorship of subclass 482 on offer for International Candidates
Transition with this role into senior Project Management.
About the Role:
Tendering on Residential property development Project Planning: Collaborate with other project
managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Assist in project planning
and scheduling.
Site Inspection: Regularly visit the construction site to inspect ongoing work and ensure that it
complies with the approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations 。Check with site
manager to manage the risk analysis and project WHS& E requirements.
Quality Control: Monitor and manage construction quality, materials, and workmanship to ensure
that the project meets the specified standards and codes
Supervision: Oversee construction teams, subcontractors, and labourers. Coordinate and manage
their work to ensure tasks are completed as per the project schedule
Safety Compliance: Assist with and enforce HSEQ protocols and regulations on the construction
site to protect workers, equipment, and the environment。
Cost Management: Monitor project costs and expenses, helping to ensure that the project stays
within budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities when possible。
Material Procurement: Looking for materials suppliers from China and negotiate price and
quality.Coordinate with suppliers to order and track the delivery of construction materials,
ensuring they are on-site when needed.
Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed records of work progress, construction activities, and any
issues encountered.
Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing project
updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of project documentation, including drawings, permits,
contracts, and change orders.

About You:
Completed a civil engineering or construction management degree .
More then 10 years working experiences in civil or construction industry is ESSENTIAL
Ability to lead and guide a team of Engineers
Highly ef fect ive written and verbal communication
High level of attention to detail, with the ability to organise, prioritise workloads and demonstrate
effective time management.
Chinese and English communication skills is necessary in order to communicate with the
Chinese speaking owners, subcontractors and staffs.

background.
