Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Project Managment and/or similar
- White Card
- Any other tickets / qualifications.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings, maintaining quality control procedures.
- Supervising and overseeing the direction project.
- Liaising with the clients, other construction professionals and suppliers.
- Managing costs and budgets.
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers.
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring and site safety
- Assisting in negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
- Purchasing materials for each stage of the project.
- Carry out construction, assembly, alteration or renovation of buildings, structures, fittings, cabinets, cupboards and modular units, possibly for single and multi-storey domestic, commercial and industrial environments
