We are a well respected contractor, specialising in high end commercial construction, fit out and Maintenance in the Perth Metro Area. We have a genuine focus on our team and have been in the industry for over 34 years. Due to continued company growth we are looking for a Project / Site Engineer to join our existing team

Candidates will ideally have the following skill set:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture desirable
- Experience in the Construction industry advantageous
- Experience in a similar role – On-Site QA/QCEngineer/Architect – advantageous.
- Excellent computer literacy skills across Microsoft office suite.
- Aconex, Asite, Fieldview or Procore experience advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of Quality Control in the construction space.
Reporting to the Project Manager, duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to:-
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards, project plans and specifications.
- Maintain communication with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers to build relationships.
- Implement quality control processes, conduct inspections and record/report results.
- Issue and populate RFI’s, ITP’s, ITR’s and NCR’s, as required.
- Ensure all work conducted meet regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities and regularly update the necessary project logs/registers.
- Assist with cost, programme and resource tracking/reporting on the selection of works.
- Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities, materials and any changes made to project plans.
- Provide take-off’s, drawing mark-ups, hand sketches, as required, for technical and/or commercial purposes, under PM’s directives.
