A rare opportunity for a talented Construction Supervisor / Site Manager to join our values-based, empowering, professional and highly respected organisation in our Southern suburbs. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively leading Construction Site progress, quality control, customer experience and implementation of new and innovative ways for continual improvement. The role is fast paced, multi-faceted and will see candidates over a diverse range of construction including framed, brick veneer, double brick, in-fill, greenfield, single and double storey. Summit Homes Group handled the Government Grant Stimulus responsibly and did not over subscribe in volumes, allowing our Site Supervisors/Managers to achieve industry leading results and customer satisfaction. We will continue to run manageable regions and volumes to ensure our valued team members have all the tools for success.
This position will service the Northern suburbs.
About the role:
- Accountable for leading productivity, quality control, customer experience and continual improvement in your region
- In consultation with the leadership team, provide leadership in recruitment, management, motivation and development of our valued trades
- Planning and management of monthly targets and resource allocation
- Diversity in build methods and market segments from first home buyers through to forever home builders – single, doubles, framing, infill, greenfield and rural (depending on your region)
- Ongoing training and development in framing, alternate building methods
- Vertically integrated organisation and leaders in framing – working closely with our subsidiaries
- Strong level of volumes being sold post government grant stimulus, long term role for our group
- Encourage continual improvement and challenging the status quo
- Delivering homes in responsible timeframes due to our responsible approach to the Government Grant Stimulus
