What success looks like in this role:
Recommend and implement changes to the way in which the team operates to improve service quality and process efficiency, supporting management in the implementation of centrally driven changes when required.

Coordinate available resources and monitoring workflow to ensure that the daily workload is consistently completed in line with the agreed service agreement and standards.

Lead, motivate, develop, and appraise team members.

Monitor individual and team performance to ensure optimal accurate performance results in timely processing.

Ensure that client expectations are consistently met.

Ensure that controls are operating effectively.

Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to management.

Manage escalations and complaints.

Key point of contact for the client for procedural issues and escalations.

Ensure compliance requirements and legislation is adhered to, notifying management of any breaches.

Instill a culture of ongoing business improvement.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Experience in check processing desirable.

Skills required include good verbal and written communication skills, ability to train and develop staff, and ability to work in a time sensitive environment.

Planning & Organizing / Work Management/Results orientated/Commitment to quality and drive for excellence, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
