My client is an established and high growth innovative Cloud Customer Experience Software company, with a strong focus on designing and delivering their own products.
A pivotal role within the organisation, the Consultant Architect will be responsible for leading technical pre-sales and implementation activities for the Product and Growth team in terms of the solution architecture and consulting function.
Reporting to the Head of Product and Growth and working closely with the Head of Technology you will be responsible for raising the quality standards of pre-sales, solution, and product designs. This includes both leading the solution design / consulting for client and prospect base along with providing technical leadership to projects and complex support issues.
The Consulting Architect will quality assure all technical deliverables, creating, and implementing design and configuration standards for my clients contact center and unified communication products.
To be successful in the role:
- Pre-sales CCaaS experience 10 years, including Amazon Connect and/or Twilio contacts centres or close equivalent systems
- Recent, relevant contact center consulting experience
- A background in Contact Centers, Unified Communications, SAAS is highly desired.
- CCaaS design Experience 5 years, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, leading engineering and professional services teams. -
- Telephony Experience 5 years – experienced cloud telephony solutions, setting up SBCs, voice enabling MS Teams, Programmable Voice, cloud PBX
- An inquisitive nature and desire to continually learn new technologies and solve customer problem
- Demonstrated experience in building technical relationships with customers and 3rd party suppliers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Maintaining strong industry and technical knowledge of solutions available in the market
- Maintaining certifications and strong relationships with the technical teams within technology partner
- Understanding our client/prospects business and technical requirements
- Providing clear solution recommendations and designs that are thoughtful, strategic and considerate of product, technical and commercial needs.
- Working as a key part of the Sales team, providing input and quality assurance of all technical and delivery elements of the bid
The role includes technical leadership, strategic technical decision making, stakeholder management (internal and external), and growth mindset to ensure a culture of innovation and evolution of the technical solution landscape.
