The role
In this role you will support our team in running our new Instalments product portfolio. You’ll be working with our subject matter experts helping understand the market, support our strategy development, monitor the customer and competitive landscape, and manage and monitor our risks, financials and key performance indicators for our first digital only product.
Day to day will include:
- Supporting the delivery of Instalment product activities and key projects
- Supporting the development of plans, business cases, timelines and initiatives that improve the customer experience
- Developing communications and undertake support activities as required
- Analysing key customer / competitor, pricing and distribution information trends, preparing reports, presentations and recommending actions
- Identifying and exploring financial scenarios to support the development & submission of product development and change initiatives
- Monitoring competitor landscape and digital proposition development in market
- Providing help and support to users of the product related systems, including liaising with Business Units through various channels including email, telephone and in person.
- Analysing and assisting in continually monitoring market dynamics in terms of performance relative to plan & competitors
What you’ll bring:
You have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and may also have relevant post graduate qualifications. Your 1st class analysis, communication and influencing skills underpin your exceptional stakeholder management expertise. You should also be able to demonstrate:
- Creativity and simplifying processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Previous experience working with products and services preferred
