Change and Improvement you will:
- Be responsible for supporting the establishment and launch of international branch campuses in GIFT City, India and Bandung, Indonesia.
- Design, document, and optimise procedures linked to the creation and functioning of the campus, including operating procedures and service level agreements.
- Lead end-to-end change management, process improvement, capability development and change adoption solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to understand and map processes, current and possible future state and co-design implementation activities.
- Evaluate, plan, and implement Change and process improvements in collaboration with key stakeholders Improve practices and ensure buy in for new ways of working.
- Actively engage and enable collaboration across teams and with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate inclusive and accessible solutions and achieve strategic goals. Gain stakeholder support and generate enthusiasm about change.
- Analyse problems, weigh up a range of options to identify accessible and inclusive solutions and translate complex issues into clear and understandable goals and targets for Deakin.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data-based decision-making principles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of systems, process and business improvement capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively design, develop and implement change initiatives.
- Knowledge of change methodologies.
