Salary per hour (exc. super): $162.82 - $211.37 per hour
Hours per fortnight: 35 hours (0.5 FTE available)
Employment Status: Fractional Specialist / Part Time
Role Description
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) have a 0.5 FTE / 35 hrs per fortnight ongoing vacancy available from the beginning of March 2024.
To align with ICU needs and projected growth, the position hours are being offered as a whole 0.5 EFT position. Ideally, the successful candidate will have a specialisation or experience in Paediatric Intensive Care medicine to support the growing service delivery model in this area.
The Intensive Care Department
Bendigo Health Intensive Care Unit is a 20-bed level II facility funded to support up to eight 'ICU-equivalent' patients at any time. More than 1,000 intensive care and high dependency patients receive care in this unit each year.
It is the largest intensive care facility in the Loddon Mallee region, and one of the busiest regional units in Australia and New Zealand.
