About the team – The Leadership and Professionalism team builds capability within the Australian sports system by supporting the development of individual and collective Leadership and safe, holistic cultures. The Leadership and Professionalism team actively works towards both Win Well and Play Well strategy outcomes to empower people and organisations.
About the role – You will empower people by building capability in current and emerging leaders within Australian sport. You will be part of a team that manages processes to build systems practices and capabilities within National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) and National Sporting Organisations for people with Disability (NSODs) to develop collective leadership, best practice guidance and inclusive cultures.
About you – You will be a sport-experienced and motivated individual who has a passion for:
- devising and implementing effective strategies to build individual and collective capability
- helping current and emerging leaders to thrive
- empowering people and organisations to develop collective Leadership and inclusive cultures.
