ABOUT THIS ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Leadership & Organisational Development, and part of the People, Culture and Talent Team in a hybrid capacity from our Sydney CBD office.
As a Learning and Leadership Consultant, you are a key enabler of our People strategy and work across the employee lifecycle to design and deliver programs and initiatives that have high impact. This includes design and delivery of Learning and Leadership programs that uplift performance, capability and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analysis to prioritise development activities.
- Design interactive and engaging blended learning programs and e-learning content.
- Facilitate learning programs and workshops including leadership development.
- Coordinate the Learning and Leadership calendar for the Arriba Group.
- Support traineeship and Academy programs.
- Co-design/curate learning toolkits and content that are practical, creative and engaging.
- Consult and advise with key stakeholders on best practice Learning and development practices.
- Manage the Learning Management System

- Instructional design skills
- Facilitation and/or coaching skills
- Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of Learning and/or leadership development programs
- Demonstration of continuous professional development to upskill and reskill as required
- Experience in Allied Health, broader Healthcare industry or other industries leading innovation, digital solutions is highly desirable
- Ability to pass a police check and NDIS Worker Check
