The Hospital has a total of 367 beds, 307 for public patients and 60 for private patients, with the hospitals conveniently located within one complex, bringing health care closer to home.
As part of the multidisciplinary clinical team, you will provide medical services to patients, as well as provide leadership to the medical members of the team, promote quality and safety, provide training, supervision and education for doctors in training and other health workers in collaboration with other consultants and the Head of Department. Consultants will be responsible for the provision of specialist medical services to public Obstetrics and Gynaecology patients (and there is opportunity for private gynaecology).
This position will be offered on a permanent part time contract. Forty (40) hours per fortnight with the potential to go up to sixty (60) hours per fortnight.
The successful candidate will have:
- Fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $427,132.95 – $544,001.94 per year
