The Role:
You will have responsibility for the timeframe, budget, subcontractor management, trade coordination, OHS management, liaising with all stakeholders; clients, architects, engineers etc and upholding quality for this award-winning builder.To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• Minimum of 5 + years' experience in a Site Management role delivering custom/high-end and extension & renovation projects up to $7M
• Carpentry background and relevant qualifications
• Excellent eye for detail and a passion for architectural builds
• Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, the client, and other stakeholders
• Ability to confidently use systems and software
