We are seeking an exceptional Consultant to join our People Technology, Data & Insights Team. In this pivotal role, you will support the execution of the RBA’s People Strategy through designing and delivering best in class data governance, reporting and insights. You will help shape the People strategy of the RBA by communicating data, insights and recommendations that effectively inform the People goals of the Bank.Reporting to the Manager, People Technology, Data & Insights, this role will form part of the People Experience team within the People Department. The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and the ability to drive change through data and insights.
