Consultant, People, Technology, Data & Insights

We are seeking an exceptional Consultant to join our People Technology, Data & Insights Team. In this pivotal role, you will support the execution of the RBA’s People Strategy through designing and delivering best in class data governance, reporting and insights. You will help shape the People strategy of the RBA by communicating data, insights and recommendations that effectively inform the People goals of the Bank.Reporting to the Manager, People Technology, Data & Insights, this role will form part of the People Experience team within the People Department. The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and the ability to drive change through data and insights. The role will work closely with our People Team and IT department to understand organisational requirements and build effective solutions.Your backgroundGood understanding of the employee lifecycle and demonstrated experience partnering with different stakeholders to manipulate high volumes of data and insights.Systems thinker, utilising HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.Extensive data governance and Workday operational knowledge is essential, along with exceptional Microsoft Office skillsHands-on expertise in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BIAbility to manage multiple activities simultaneously and influence others to meet deadlinesExcellent problems solving and communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to a varied audience.Demonstrated success in working in creative and iterative ways to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutionsCollaborative and creative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.Experience in client centred design, continuous improvement, and simplification programsPassion for driving organisational change.EducationDegree in HR, IT or related disciplineBe MoreWorking for an organisation that truly makes a difference to the people of Australia, we can offer development and career opportunities in a collaborative environment that supports your growth, wellbeing and promotes flexibility.
