About the roleThe Rehabilitation Specialist provides provision of medical services in accordance with Local Health Network policy and governance arrangements and in accordance with the Professional Documents of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (R.A.C.P) The Rehabilitation Specialist will function as part of a multidisciplinary team with both the Service and other health professionals to provide these services. The Rehabilitation Specialist will be involved with teaching, research and administration.
QualificationsSpecialist medical qualification in the relevant speciality, Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians ie FAFRM (RACP), or an equivalent specialist qualification registrable with the Medical Board of Australia.About CALHNThe Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South's Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
