This is an opportunity for a self-starting individual to work across a number of different clients across the Consumer Segment and to see how all of EY's capabilities can work together to make a difference in our accounts. As the Consumer Growth Markets Client Executive (CE), you will This focus on Consumer Core accounts, working closely with the Consumer BDL, Client Service Partners (CSP), Global Account Leads (GALs) and the broader account teams to develop and manage relevant activities to create a client-focused account teams.
You inspire others through action in the market, being connected, responsive and insightful. You bring operational savviness and have a knack for prioritising and working on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping focus on execution and delivering results consistently.

This role is offered on a permanent full-time basis based in Sydney.
Your key responsibilities

  • Focus on 4-5 priority Consumer Core accounts instilling effective account disciplines by utilising the account management framework (AMF) to develop and execute the account plans to develop critical business relationships across the account.
  • Participate in and support preparation for client meetings and use client intelligence to identify areas of opportunity for account teams.
  • Drive Exceptional Client Service in every external and internal encounter which includes:
  • Being connected to your client's business agenda and leveraging the global EY network to connect our clients to the right people and identify opportunities with existing/new clients.
  • Being responsive to our client's needs and seeking and providing continuous feedback through establishing protocols and plans for assessing client experience interactions (CX Activity), acting as interviewer where appropriate
  • Being insightful through proactively sharing relevant metrics, trends and strategies to address and reach client needs
  • Manage the pursuit process, working with the BDL and specialist Pursuit teams where appropriate. Drive the pursuit process to tight deadlines (e.g. account research, proposal response timelines, coaching for oral presentations).
  • Work closely with the Consumer Segment and Industry Leaders, BDL and BMC to understand Fields of Play, Solutions and Campaigns and work with Markets Activation and Operations to establish a programmatic approach to activate these within Core to effectively accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Understand the goals of EY Private and work with the team to develop new and innovative ways to connect Private clients to the EY network.

5 - 10 years' experience gained in an Account/Customer Success Management/Business Development role * Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience engaging and building relationships with clients
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • MS Office Suite intermediate skills
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Sales experience where you have had responsibility for an individual sales targets and related KPI'sExcellent written and spoken English language skillsMS Office Suite intermediate skills
