Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor and maintain clients' IT infrastructure to prevent problems and minimise downtime.
• Provide helpdesk and technical support services for clients' end-users.
• Manage and maintain clients' servers, storage, networking, desktop, and communications hardware and software solutions.
• Monitor security, manage incidents, and respond to security breaches for clients' IT systems.
• Manage and support clients' cloud-based systems and applications, including Microsoft 365.
• Implement data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Offer consulting services to help clients identify and implement IT solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and procure hardware, software, and IT services.
• Provide training and education to clients' end-users to enhance IT system utilisation and security awareness.
• Scope, quote, and deliver projects for server, network, desktop, and communications hardware and software solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider is advantageous but not essential.
• IT qualifications such as a university degree and/or industry certifications are considered advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current QLD Driver's licence.
• Permanent rights to work in Australia
• Available to work full time from our head office in Cairns QLD.
