- Excellent career development and learning development opportunities Key responsibilities: An opportunity exists within NSW Fair Trading’s Consumer Protection, Compliance and Investigations Division, Consumer Protection Investigation Unit (CPIU) for a professional investigator, in an ongoing full time role.
Key responsibilities within this position will include involvement in large scale inspection programs, conducting assessments and investigations, in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with the legislative requirements along with departmental policies and procedures. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate recent relevant experience in the conduct of inspections and resulting investigations. Also essential is previous experience in the preparation of investigation reports and briefs of evidence.
