Due to our business significantly growing, we are currently expanding our Service Bookings team and are looking for the right candidate to help us provide our customers with the exceptional service they deserve.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls
  • Managing service bookings
  • Contacting service customers
  • Liaising with other employees and departments
  • Redirecting calls 
  • Answering general customer enquiries and providing information
  • General administration duties

What we're looking for:

  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer literacy
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded
  • Basic understanding of cars preferred
