The Opportunity

We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Call Centre Operators to join our team in a casual capacity. Your role is pivotal in supporting our client’s fundraising efforts using your customer service and sales skills. You will be the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound calls to promote the organisation and its mission through various fundraising initiatives. You will be engaging with existing and new customers, developing and maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring you deliver a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with existing and new customers to develop strong relationships and support fundraising activity.
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documenting and recording customer information and queries while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
  • Seeking feedback via various tools to obtain information and data to support enhancement of customer service.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have excellent and clear communication skills and have a commitment to provide high quality customer service.

You will also have:

  • Results driven and motivate to assist in delivering support and service to customers.
  • A professional and friendly demeanour.
  • A demonstrated ability in active listening.
  • The ability to adapt to change including frequent fluctuations in calls and workload.
  • A high level of proficiency with technology.
  • A strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality and legal compliance.
  • A willingness to continually learn and improve.
  • Interpersonal skills - must be a genuine people person who is patient, empathetic and curious!
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Availability Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, with potential for weekend shifts.
  • A current and valid National Police Certificate.
