This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule resources including the preparation of staff rosters
- Monitoring the progress of schedules and make necessary changes and adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
- Analyse call and channel volume metrics to ensure proper planning, accurate resourcing, and workload identification
- Identify and implement changes to optimise planning and productivity
- Real Time Reporting and analysis to provide insights into reasons of calls, forecast trends and KPI variances
- Maintain resource planning files and documents
- Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned
About You
This role will see you resource planning and developing reports across various channels aimed at enhancing the efficiency of patient experience. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong call-centre background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demomstrated experience in the use of workforce planning tools
- Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting methods and formulas
- Proven experience in creating capacity plans to clearly identify resource requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate change with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- High level attention to detail and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
