This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. 

About The Role

As a Contact Centre Scheduler, you'll play an integral role within  our Patient Experience team, reporting directly to the Workforce Planner. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our schedules accurately reflect the roles and tasks performed by our team members, ultimately guaranteeing exceptional service delivery to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule resources including the preparation of staff rosters
  • Monitoring the progress of schedules and make necessary  changes and adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Analyse call and channel volume metrics to ensure proper planning, accurate resourcing, and workload identification  
  • Identify and implement changes to optimise planning and productivity
  • Real Time Reporting and analysis to provide insights into reasons of calls, forecast trends and KPI variances
  • Maintain resource planning files and documents
  • Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned

About You

This role will see you resource planning and developing reports across various channels aimed at enhancing the efficiency of patient experience. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong call-centre background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Demomstrated experience in the use of workforce planning tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting methods and formulas
  • Proven experience in creating capacity plans to clearly identify resource requirements  
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate change with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills  
  • High level attention to detail and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
