While it is predominantly a Contact Centre environment, this position may see you also doing face to face student contact as well as general admin duties as required. The positions are based at Acacia Ridge but you may be required to travel between other Southside locations pending business needs.
Varying Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing high level customer service via phone, live chat and face to face
- Handle complex customer enquiries and conflict resolution
- Assisting over a range communication channels - predominantly call centre but also email and web chat
- Assist in processing enrolments
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Previous contact center experience (min 12 months)
- Administration experience
- High Level communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly
- Access to own vehicle to travel between locations
This position is remunerated at $41.38/hr + super working approximately 36.25 - 38hrs per week.
