As the Content Author you will be responsible for managing and deploying the content for client CMS platforms. Your role will involve hands-on data entry, formatting supplied content, uploading media, configuring widgets, publishing content and developing a deep understanding of AKQA's CMS systems.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Content Authoring is strongly preferred
- Experience with ticket management within kanban style following Agile practices is ideal
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional quality of work
- Strong responsiveness and organisational skillsets in being able to manage multiple tasks at a time
- Experience and comfortability with scheduling deployment/launch deadlines
Nice to have:
- Basic experience with HTML text formatting
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Experience training business users to upload content
- Experience optimising sites to follow SEO best practices
- Special attention to page hierarchy and redirects
- Experience with adhering to UX best practices
- Familiar with documenting processes in Confluence
- Experience with basic image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent image editing software)
- Understanding of QA and testing best practices within web environment
- Work with content creators to ensure copy and assets are translated into target websites
