- Assist in content development and alignment across all channels, collaborating with partners on SEO articles and blogs, and creating engaging SEM ad copy and social media content.
- Optimise web content for conversions, support campaign rollouts, and develop copy to enhance engagement, acquisition, and brand health.
- Create engaging, action-driving copy that maintains Youi's brand voice and simplifies complex concepts for user-friendly content, tailored to different customer segments.
- Manage content schedules, collaborate across teams and with agencies, ensure error-free output, and continuously improve through performance metrics, testing, and feedback.
- Follow and improve delivery policies and processes, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
- Streamline processes for efficiency and compliance and recommend enhancements for copy capabilities.
- Effectively manage stakeholder communication and ensure consistent, high-quality team outputs.
- A degree, TAFE Diploma, or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in creative and copywriting (5+ years is a general indicator).
- An understanding of highly regulated industries.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- An understanding of the creative and production process, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team of creatives and production personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to appropriately apply the brand's tone and voice, as well as serve as a gatekeeper for maintaining this tone and voice.
- Expertise in writing for specific target customer segments.
- A strong interest in writing, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.
- The capability to work strategically with minimal supervision while being a supportive team member.
