As a key member of the Service Guidance and Practice Branch, you will be responsible for writing and presenting Agency policy, procedures, factsheets, guides and other documentation outlining the range of services funded by the Agency.
Pivotal to your success in this role will be your exceptional written skills and proven experience in the development of knowledge articles or operating procedures and an ability to proactively engage stakeholders to ensure the project objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities:
Leading the development and updating of internal and external guidance material that reflects the Agency's policy positions and meets our plain English and accessibility standards.
Ability to understand and interpret the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
Initiating, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Supporting continuous improvement for all branch deliverables, including maintaining best practice and identifying and implementing innovations.
Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes and performing other duties as requested.
Ideally you will possess:
Exceptional writing and editing skills and an ability to confidently research, review and interpret systems, procedures and legislation and policy
An ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, while meeting defined timelines.
