The Works Delivery Manager (Electrical Services) combines their trade-based skills and management skills in order to effectively manage and deliver our program of work (underground and grounted-mounted assets) and customer jobs. The Works Delivery Manager works closely with various internal stakeholders, including the Works Management team, Field Operations Works Delivery Leaders, Senior Tradespeople, Schedulers and Work Group Coordinators.
Our Operations team is in the process of updating our works management process and this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the future of how work is managed, delivering works safely and meeting customer needs.
You'll be involved in customer liaison and managing the work-flow between the Works Management Team (Planning and Scheduling) and the Field Operations Works Delivery Team. This is an important role in ensuring we have a safe and efficient schedule of work.

About youTo be successful in this role, you'll hold an Electrical Utilities Trade qualification (essential), coupled with a Cert-IV Leadership or Project Management qualification (or a closely related field) or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and skills (desirable).
You'll possess strong safety leadership capability within a similar role, demonstratable resilience with the ability to take constructive action in difficult situations with driving results at the forefront of your work.
Our preferred candidate will carry extensive business insight skills with a proven track record of effectively using SAP or comparable systems to analyse monthly results, monitor current metrics and enhance performance as you drive results.
