This is a chance to join Australasia's leading content agency, working on one of the country’s most trusted and recognisable brands. We offer a range of wellness benefits, flexible working, and an innovative, dynamic culture.

An exciting new role, the Content Insights Lead will be critical in shaping content strategies across food and lifestyle, bringing a global perspective, navigating trends from the macro to the micro level to underpin content strategies that are both current and forward-thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving extensive research on global trends within the food and lifestyle category, spanning macro trends affecting the industry to micro trends impacting consumer behaviour.
  • Translation of research findings into actionable insights that guide content strategies, ensuring relevance and resonance with the target audience.
  • Collaboration between a team of specialised strategists, working together across audiences and channels to provide the foundations for great strategic proposals and responses.
  • Work with clients to understand their specific goals and incorporate those into tailored insights and content strategies.
  • Provide regular updates, showcasing the impact of insights on content performance and aligning strategies with their business objectives.

Who are you?

  • You have 5-7 years of relevant Insights experience and have worked at a senior level in strategy.
  • You stay abreast of global trends, innovations, and emerging behaviours within the food and lifestyle sector, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to content strategies.
  • You’re excited by the fast paced world of content marketing and you actively engage in content across multiple digital platforms.
  • You love researching and uncovering audience and category data, then turning them into rich, tangible insights.
  • You work well in a team.
  • You are comfortable working across multiple projects at a time.
  • You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, take responsibility for owned tasks and ensure progress is communicated effectively.
  • You adopt a thorough and methodical approach to work, including managing deadlines.
