- Large Federal Government Department in Canberra -2 days per week in the office required
- Ability to obtain Baseline required
- Rostered on call support required
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to strategy and innovation for TRIM/Content Manager capabilities to increase efficiencies in delivering quality outcomes.
- Implement industry best practices and metrics to continuously improve team processes.
- Provide technical system management of the Content Manager 10.1 system and offer technical support and design to meet departmental needs.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance and installation work, ensuring prompt resolution of operational problems.
- Apply data analysis, data modeling, and quality assurance techniques to maintain data structures and associated components.
- Oversee, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems in Content Manager.
- Contribute to planning and implementing maintenance and installation work, including developing installation procedures.
- Review system software updates, install and test new versions, and coordinate the resolution of potential and actual system issues.
Required Experience- 5+ years Records Management Systems Administration experience in Content Manager 10
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related discipline, and training and/or certifications in one or more of the following: Content Manager and ITIL
- Expertise in Visual Studio, SQL Query, Windows server operations
- Strong experience with Import/Export functionality for record migrations in Content Manager
