About the Role:
We're seeking a talented graphic designer to create visual content for print and digital media. The ideal candidate will be proficient with current design software and skilled throughout the design process, from concept to final product.
You will collaborate with various teams, transforming ideas into compelling designs. A strong understanding of branding and marketing is essential, along with the ability to choose the right style and layout for each project. Staying updated on industry trends and exploring new ways to engage our audience is key. Confidence in your skills and innovation in your designs, while adhering to brand guidelines, is highly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital and print graphics for EDMs, websites, social media, and advertising.
- Create in-store promotional materials and product designs, including labels and merchandise.
- Edit and retouch images, ensuring they meet industry and brand standards.
- Lead and assist in photoshoots and video shoots, including storyboard creation.
- Collaborate with managers and the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
About you:
- Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Experience in videography and photography
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactive, initiative-driven, and a positive team player with an understanding of marketing campaigns
