Content & Production Coordinator

As our Content & Production Coordinator, you will support our Production team in managing project timelines, content and bring visibility over workflows to enable more efficient processes to be implemented. You will get to liaise with our customers, contractors and internal team to help us deliver the best outcome possible.

Responsibilities

• Support our content producers with brief writing and content management inside PLATTAR’s CMS
• Coordinate tasks between producers and creators to ensure projects are delivered on time, and to high quality
• Partake in content feedback and QA testing, alongside our production team
• Develop new processes to improve project management and customer outcomes
• Assist with customer onboarding, communication and internal process implementation
• Assist with measuring project performance using appropriate systems such as teamwork, excel, slack. 
• Contribute in other areas such as pre-sales support and even marketing initiatives from time to time

The person we’re looking for has the following experience:

• At least 1 - 2 years experience working in similar roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a sharp eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to work across concurrent projects with complex processes and diverse stakeholder settings
• Proactive mindset and resilient work style to resolve competing priorities
• A process-oriented and customer-focused approach
• Enjoyment with using new technology and getting on the tools. Experience in the field of content creation, e-commerce UX or XR tech will be a bonus!
• Experience with Teamwork project software and/or familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies are also a bonus, but not required
