About the team

the engine room of the business, our central operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
Within Central Operations our service team are tasked with landing key concepts in store to deliver the best possible customer experience. To help the team analyse areas of improvement and provide key insights to the business, we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the team on a 12 month contract.

About the role

Working closely with the Technology Implementation Manager you will undertake root cause analysis to identify and report on key areas for an improved Customer Experience. You will also:

  • collect and evaluate of data to establish evidence to support and qualify the need for process change
  • provide technical advice and insights to the Service team to help achieve optimal investment planning and delivery of strategic and technical initiatives.
  • improve overall quality, efficiency and performance of service-related processes and functionality leading to greater customer and team member satisfaction.
  • work with IT and Digital teams ensuring alignment across all current and future initiatives as well as cross-functional collaboration.
  • support the Technology Implementation Manager with technology platform project engagement, business case development and governance for the Service Transformation program.
About you and your skills

We are looking for a passionate analyst with experience of customer service in retail. Someone who enjoys interpreting data to achieve business outcomes. You will also have:
  • experience in a IT retail function or in technology investment in store operations
  • strong understanding of Technology retail, legal, security, audit, and financial management processes.
  • excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and assisting teams to deliver on their objectives.
  • experience working with Lean / Agile Methodology, Jira & Confluence.
  • proven ability to manage complex communications to ensure that deep technical information can be shared with the wider business.
  • experience in communicating at a senior level within an organisation.
