Your new role
The Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for ensuring that the Fund continuously uplifts quality by enabling teams with, and demonstrating best practice use of, Continuous Improvement tools, processes, and technology.
In this 12 month contract as the Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement you will support the successful deployment of the Funds business process management solution, provide ongoing support and administration whilst driving business uptake through stakeholder engagement and training while ensuring that process standards are maintained. You will be tasked with maintaining the Continuous Improvement Knowledge Hub for the provision of tools, templates, and processes for the management of Continuous Improvement activities across the Fund. Along with supporting the development of high priority or critical business process documentation.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the successful deployment, and ongoing administration of, the Funds business process management solution (Nintex ProcessManager) by providing SME support in configuration, guidance and training in the best practice use of the solution.
- Apply the process management standards and quality framework to ensure that processes across the Fund conform to Nintex Business Process Mapping Standard and that quality objectives are achieved.
- Support the development of a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture within the Fund that focuses on colleague empowerment enabling sustainable cultural change. This includes delivering on the change plan, focusing on communications, engagement and benefits realisation.
- Support the ongoing administration and facilitation of the Continuous Improvement/Process Management Community of Practice that offers support to colleagues in the use of the Continuous Improvement method,tools and the business process management solutions, required to accurately capture business processes and work through business problems.
- Work collaboratively with business experts, technical specialists and external vendors to develop high priority/critical business process documentation.
- Maintain a Continuous Improvement Knowledge Hub for the Funds colleagues to engage with Continuous Improvement tools, guidance and best practices.
- Support the development of collateral to guide colleagues in the best practice use of the business process management solution.
What you'll need
- Has a degree in Business, Commerce,Finance, Information Systems.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in process management / business management / consulting, (preferably experience in superannuation, or financial services).
- Proven facilitation skills and capability to manage group dynamics that lead to the negotiation of successful outcomes.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve defined and emerging project outcomes and the ability to build strong and sustainable working relationships.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information to identify the key issue/action and drive resolution.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive quality insights and make informed decisions.
- Strong oral and written communication, and presentation skills.
