We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Leader who is passionate about driving Continuous Improvement. The strategic function is to lead the Beverley Site CI program to unlock production capacity and support the Site Manager to optimize the Dulux Production System on site.

Responsibilities
- Identify capacity constraints through system-level analysis and data utilization to spot improvement opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in designing and implementing sustained improvements
- Support the production team in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and a 5S program
- Aid production teams in effective problem-solving and implementing process improvements
Skills & Experience
- Prior Continuous Improvement experience within manufacturing
- Demonstrates excellent motivating and influencing abilities
- Capable of implementing and driving lasting change
- Possesses strong listening and communication skills
- Holds Continuous Improvement experience within a production environment
