Rockwell Automation Australia is hiring!
The Account Manager, Associate is professionally responsible for the development,
progression, execution, and implementation of sales strategies, plans, and campaigns to
generate leads, open opportunities, develop sales and establish new business to meet or
exceed annual sales goals and grow market share. The individual is also professionally
responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts while
engaging with distributors and/or channels to ensure effective and efficient utilisation of
resources.
Key Responsibilities -
• Aligned to targeted campaigns, generate leads, and develop sales opportunities through direct and indirect sales activities.
• Aligned to targeted accounts, develop, and manage business and sale opportunities through the sales process from lead to
close and booking.
• Manage DCRM entry and compliance inputting all records and update in a timely manner for all campaigns and opportunities
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with RA sales teams, RA sales channels and RA Distributor/s.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and account plans for assigned account packages and marketing campaigns.
• Adopt the company’s disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities using sales tools provided.
• Where appropriate and assigned, ensure customer satisfaction for accounts through regular contact. Facilitate resolution of
customer issues.
• Analyse current business levels against allocated sales target and provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales forecasts.
• Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
• Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in
compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct,
Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g., health,
safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information
Network. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government
regulations in the geography.
• Perform any other relevant duties as and when assigned by immediate Manager.

Mandatory:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Desirable:
• Experience in using Dynamics or similar CRM system.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills to manage our selling model.
• Demonstrated technical acumen and industry experience to understand unique customers’ issues and providing capabilities
to address these issues.

• Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.

• Knowledge of industrial automation business and related product and service offerings is a plus.

Salary: $70,000 base + 14% superannuation + sales incentive plan
