Continuous Improvement Specialist | Adelaide, Brisbane or Sydney based

  • Identifying opportunities and initiatives for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Leading a defined set of Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects utilising an Improvement methodology and framework such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Defining and documenting customer requirements and business case/charter
  • identifying problem/opportunity statements, process workflows, roadblocks and analysing root causes to determine solutions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across different departments on project initiatives and process review
About you
  • Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading process improvements and execution of projects
  • Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Preferably in the financial services industry, contact centre or workflow management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity and impact
  • Adaptability and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
