You'll be responsible for
Identifying opportunities and initiatives for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Leading a defined set of Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects utilising an Improvement methodology and framework such as Lean Six Sigma
Defining and documenting customer requirements and business case/charter
identifying problem/opportunity statements, process workflows, roadblocks and analysing root causes to determine solutions.
Liaising with stakeholders across different departments on project initiatives and process review
About you
Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading process improvements and execution of projects
Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma
Preferably in the financial services industry, contact centre or workflow management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity and impact
Adaptability and flexibility working in a dynamic environment
