An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a State Government department in East Perth. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial 6-month temporary contract.
Your new role
- Provides support and assistance to the Contracts team
- Assists with the preparation of contract documentation and the administration of contracts
- Prepares contract review meeting administrative documentation and assists with taking minutes
- Provides assistance with invoicing functions
- Liaises with external stakeholders as required
- Prepares reports as required
- Data and records management
- General administrative duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience providing administrative support services
- Great communication (written and verbal) skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong computer skills
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
