You'll need sharp clinical assessment skills and will take the lead in providing clinical services. Being a Registered Nurse in this role means practicing in a holistic way, using your critical decision-making skills to lead the team.Our client is one of the largest provides of Aged Care services in the country and can offer you a clear career within the industry in this every growing industry.Above-award pay rates ($51.15 per hour for year 5 + nurses) and maximum allowable salary packaging to reduce your tax burden (additional $18,550 tax-free, regional benefits, and parking benefits).If you are a new grad or an experienced 10 year nurse we encourage to apply as we are looking for nurses from all backgrounds.Visa assistance can be offered to overseas candidates already in Australia looking for a company to sponsor.
