We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Administration and Compliance Manager, to manage the contract office operations, financial services, procurement and contract compliance requirements for contracts, based in Acton, Canberra.
Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you can also expect to be involved in the advancement of our Health and Education function; from innovating processes, to assisting on a variety of internal projects.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Liaising with the contract team on the daily administration of executed subcontracts, with particular emphasis on achieving milestones and variations
- Assist and manage the financial budgets to ensure they are kept in line and are adhered to for the contract.
- Facilitating subcontractor pre-qualifications for the contract's procurement team.
- Assisting the Finance Manager with any financial queries relating to the Contract. Maintaining the Contract Document Management & Control Plan.
- Conducting audits to monitor the integrity of the contract's Document Management System.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Compliance or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and complex document writing.
- Procurement and/or accounting knowledge would be beneficial.
- Experience in an Office/Business Management or similar role.
