With Studio is a contemporary design practice with over 35 years’ experience in architecture, urban design, master planning, and interior architecture. The practice has a firmly established state and national reputation. Our medium sized studio is conveniently located in Northbridge, and our staff contribute to a friendly and socially engaged workplace.

About You
We are seeking TWO talented, enthusiastic and committed professionals who can add knowledge, local experience, and capability to our studio.

Position 1: Senior Architect experienced in Contract Administration
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (post-graduate) in the Contract Administration of significant architectural projects, particularly educational, civic and multi-residential projects.
- Experience acting as a Superintendent or Superintendent’s Representative
- Experience in delivering Department of Finance projects is required
- The passion and rigour required to maintain design intent throughout the entire architectural process
- An excellent understanding of procurement options and local Construction contracts
- Experience in D&C contract delivery is welcome
- Experience in project programming, writing specifications and consultant engagement
- Experience in local construction systems and construction detailing and scheduling
- A thorough understanding of building codes, Australian standards and local planning regulations
- An understanding of Revit/BIM processes and protocols
- Rigorous and proactive approach in managing contracts and reporting to Clients
Position 2: Project Architect
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (post-graduate) in the design and delivery of significant architectural projects, particularly educational, civic and multi-residential projects.
- The ability to guide a project independently from Schematic through to Project Completion
- The passion and rigour required to maintain design intent throughout the entire architectural process
- Experience in local construction systems and construction detailing
- Experience in consultant co-ordination and the ability to efficiently produce clear and accurate drawings
- The ability to oversee and direct less experienced staff
- Digital proficiency and good level of experience in Revit documentation
- Experience in writing specifications
- An understanding of building codes, Australian standards and local planning regulations
- Experience in project programming and consultant engagement
