About the Role

We are excited to welcome a Junior Contracts Administrator to our Shared Services Division on a part-time, permanent basis (30.4 hours per week). Based at our Canning Vale HQ and reporting directly to the Legal Counsel, you will play a vital role in supporting the tender, negotiation, delivery, and close-out phases of the contract lifecycle. As a valued team member, you will be expected to engage in continuous improvement activities and contribute to our organisational goals for a lean and efficient work environment.

    • Manage delivery and return of Insurance Certificates of Currency and Bank Guarantees.
    • Participate in regular meetings with project managers, clients, and PPSR matters.

    General/Other Responsibilities:

    • Address general commercial issues and questions.
    • Support accounts receivable with unpaid invoices.
    • Drive continuous improvement regarding industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in contract management.
    • Assist with updating and creating new internal processes and policies.

    About You

To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in an administration role, ideally within the construction, commercial, or mining industries. Alignment with our company values, a commitment to continuous learning, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude are essential. Additional sought-after qualities include:

  • Previous experience with industry-specific EPC/EPCM projects.
    • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Professional, friendly demeanor and strong team collaboration skills.

    • Desirable software knowledge includes Smartsheet, MS Suite, Aconex, and FELIX.

    What We Can Offer You

    • A generous salary package and participation in our monthly team bonus scheme.
