An established West Leederville based building company that is currently seeking to employ a Contracts administrator with flexible hours and the potential to be a full time position for the correct candidate. The role will require reporting to the Director and will be specializing in the preparation and management of residential and small commercial construction projects.
The company has a wide variety of clients with a historic reputation as one of the founding building companies of W.A.

We are looking for candidates that have:
- Experience in the construction industry and contract preparation
- Ability to work with the Company Director to set up manage and meet project deadlines, compliance issues, variations, extensions of time, draft commercial correspondence, etc.
- Experience working with trades, other employees, architects, engineers, and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to control and manage work health and safety requirements
- Prepare project timelines and cost tracking measures using MS Office suite and others.
